THE CHALLENGE
Employers struggled to navigate the vast SkillCheck library, and there was no clear differentiation between assessment features for varying hiring needs. Additionally, video interviewing was a separate product, limiting its accessibility within the assessment workflow.
KEY OBJECTIVE
Unify SkillCheck with Symphony Talent’s ecosystem by integrating OnDemand Interviewing, streamlining candidate evaluation, and enhancing the user experience through a structured assessment catalog and a new tiered pricing model (Basic, Professional, and Organization) to provide hiring teams with greater flexibility.

To better integrate SkillCheck into Symphony Talent’s ecosystem, we restructured its assessment offerings for a more intuitive experience.
We organized the extensive library into a user-friendly catalog.
Introduced a tiered pricing model (Basic, Professional, and Organization) to meet varying hiring needs.
Integrated OnDemand Interviewing for a seamless skills and communication evaluation process.
Created a new report page with a clear performance overview (Poor, Good, Best) and final recommendations.
Simplified assessment selection and purchasing with an improved shopping cart experience.
Collaborated with product and marketing teams to align SkillCheck with Symphony Talent’s broader solutions.
