LBrands, a global leader in retail with iconic brands like Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, and Pink, sought to update their career website to better align with their evolving brand image and enhance the candidate experience. The goal was to create a modern, welcoming, and engaging digital space that would reflect the company’s values and attract top talent across diverse job functions and locations.

THE CHALLENGE
Outdated Design: The old career site lacked modern design elements and a cohesive user experience.

As the UX/UI Designer, I led the redesign efforts to create a visually appealing, user-centric site that was in line with LBrands’ modern and inclusive values.
